Lady Mounts Rip Cedars

The Lady Mounts started the season off with a convincing 7-0 victory over Lebanon on Monday. Featuring a lineup that returned four starters from last year, the Lady Mounts didn't drop a set as they cruised to the victory. Lindsay Miller (6-1, 6-1), Kat Strohm (6-1, 6-0), Lia Denlinger (6-1, 6-1), Greta Stemplinger (6-2, 6-0) and newcomer Tiffany Shelly (6-0, 6-0) all recorded singles victories. Miller and Strohm (8-2) and Denlinger and Stemplinger (8-1) also recorded single set victories in doubles.

The JV team started the season off right also, with a 3-0 victory.

The Lady Mounts are in action again Wednesday when they host Garden Spot.
